• Personal identifiers such as your name and email address, collected via Google Sign-In
• Workout data that you input, including exercises, sets, reps, and weights
• Body and health metrics you log, such as weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and InBody scan results
• Nutrition data, including meals you log and their calorie and macronutrient content
• Photos you choose to submit, such as food or meal photos and InBody scan printouts, for AI-assisted logging
• Device information and usage data automatically collected when you use our Services

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
• Create and manage your account
• Process and track your workout, body, and nutrition progress
• Analyze photos you submit (such as food or InBody scan photos) using AI to estimate nutrition values or extract body composition data, at your request
• Communicate with you about your account and provide customer support
• Understand how users interact with our Services to enhance user experience
• Protect against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Google, for authentication (Google Sign-In) and to process text and photos you submit through our AI coach and meal/InBody scanning features (via the Gemini API)
• Our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel), who store and process your data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality obligations
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Photos submitted for AI analysis (such as food or InBody scan photos) are sent to our AI provider to generate results and are not retained by us beyond what is needed to provide the feature.

4. Your Privacy Choices

You can access and update most of your account information (workouts, body logs, nutrition logs, and plan details) directly within the App. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us at support@musclememory.app.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
